BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors serves as the governing body responsible for protecting the mission, vision, constitutional principles, financial integrity, and long-term sustainability of Brat Corps®.
The Board governs through stewardship rather than management and ensures that every decision advances the institution's purpose while preserving public trust.
