Dr. Marubian Affinii serves as Chairman of Brat Corps and leads the organization's global strategic partnership initiatives. In this dual capacity, Dr. Affinii provides visionary leadership and strategic direction while cultivating and managing partnerships with key stakeholders, collaborators, and organizations worldwide.
As Chairman, Dr. Affinii oversees Brat Corps' overall governance, strategic vision, and long-term objectives. As Head of Global Strategic Partnerships, Dr. Affinii identifies and develops high-impact partnership opportunities, establishes collaborative frameworks, and expands Brat Corps' reach and influence across international markets and sectors.

Adrienne Schaffer, Esq., brings extensive legal expertise and military leadership experience to her role as Chief Legal Officer of Brat Corps.
As a retired Colonel in the U.S. Army, Ms. Schaffer combines decades of military service with distinguished legal credentials.
Her background in military law, Civilian law, organizational governance, and strategic compliance enables her to provide comprehensive legal oversight and guidance that protects Brat Corps' mission while advancing the organization's commitments to military-connected communities worldwide.

The Board of Directors serves as the governing body of Brat Corps® and is responsible for ensuring that the organization remains faithful to its mission, financially responsible, legally compliant, and strategically focused.
The Board provides oversight for organizational governance, fiscal stewardship, strategic planning, executive leadership, risk management, and long-term sustainability.
Board members represent diverse backgrounds including military service, education, nonprofit leadership, business, law, finance, philanthropy, technology, healthcare, and community development.
